Appryse is a web-based replacement to the paper-based system previously used to track medical history, contact information, release forms, and any other required forms. Parents and guardians are able to enter all information online.

You will no longer need to bring or send forms to the office.  Voluntary Athletic Contributions (VAC) will be the only item turned in to the office.

In the event of a medical emergency, trainers and coaches will use the system to automatically notify you of an emergency, symptoms, and/or care, etc. via phone, email, and text message.

We feel it will make this year much easier for parents and guardians, coaches, and most importantly, increase the safety of our students.
